Study On The Disposal And Countermeasures Of Group Events In Langfang City

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic system,interest pattern and social structure have been changing.Under this situation,the social hotspot issues and the problems left over from the long history are very prominent.Various social contradictions have led to various types of petition issues emerging one after another.The areas covered by the phenomenon of over-class visits and repeated visits and repeated visits are also very extensive.Most of them focus on construction and transformation,demolition,military relocation,land acquisition,and social security.With the accumulation of social contradictions and conflicts,there have been various group incidents,and their number and scale have continued to increase.Mass incidents have the characteristics of large scale,sudden strong,and great influence.They are not conducive to people's orderly production and life,greatly disrupt the stability and order of society,and even threaten people's lives and property.Therefore,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and it has important theoretical and practical significane to study the occurrenec law and countermeasures of group events.In the process of exploration,this paper focuses on the differences in relevant thoughts and different disposal measures in the West and China by means of literature aggregation,comparative research and case analysis.Through the comparative study,the excellent experience and measures are summarized and referenced.In addition,the characteristics,causes and disposal measures of mass events are summarized.On this basis,taking Langfang's mass incident as an example,we collected relevant data,documents and materials,explored the measures and shortcomings of Langfang's grassroots government in handling mass incidents,and proposed methods and strategies for mass incident management.Including investing in its initiative,principle,policy and timeliness,etc.
