IT Economy Development Status And Strategy Of Yanbian Area

IT economy started from 1940's, fast moved in 1970's and spread wildly in the world from 1990's.IT revolution is either a technology revolution or an industry revolution.Although high technology includes biology, new material, new energy, ocean development and environment protect beside IT, IT is the maturest and the fastest developing high technology among those kinds of technologies.It has two distinct specialties compare with other technologies: First, it has strong osmoses and broad applicability. Second, it strengthens management and decision-making ability.As a great achievement of economic fields, IT economy keeps on developing through industry-informationalize and information- industrialize.Here, I suggest some advice to government that to develop IT economy of Yanbian area.This article explained the concept of IT economy and the actual status and trend of IT economy in China and the world. Then stated the effect of IT economy to the method of production, structure of economy, method of work, style of life, communication and structure of society. Last mentioned some advice and tactic for developing strategy and enterprise management informationalization to government.
