Executive Information System (EIS) is specially designed for the senior manager. It is a personal information system, through which the manager could inquire about the whole information both inside and outside the enterprise and learn about the current situation and tendency of the organization.The paper is an Executive Information System for Auber. After reading plenty of related literature and making field survey on Auber, the author finished a suitable Executive Information System for Auber.The paper mainly has three parts. The first part is the analysis of information requirement. Setting the paper information requirements is the base of the system's success. After analyzing the characteristics of Auber's manager, the author sets froth the analysis of information requirement with the method of CSFs. The second part is about the data building and data mining. Data bank is separated part the traditional environment and the collected for supporting the dicision-making. While the data mining is extracting some unknown and potentially valuable information from plenty of data. As for the data bank,the article describes the data bank building of the financial management of Auber and discusses the different methods of data mining on the application of ABEIS. These two parts are extremely important for improving the working quality and efficiency of the manager. The third part is the designing of the users' interface. Which should be induced, flexible, friendly and direct. The paper makes detailed analysis of control interface and output interface. In the end, according to above-mentioned analysis, he author finishes the whole frame of the ABEIS.
