Manufacture is the pillar industry in China .How to re-construct the traditional structure of manufacture by implementing IT reform is an important problem. Under the traditional marketing and supply mode, there exist many shortcomings in our country's manufacture enterprises, such as, long supply cycles, complicated marketing and supply channels and slow market response capability. In order to confront the China's entry to WTO , manufacturer have to better the mode for marketing and supply in relatively low cost . Therefore , aiming at ceramics and motorcycle manufactures , we developed a networked marketing system for ceramic products ,and made a detail design of networked marketing and supply system for a motor manufacturer .The development of Supply Chain Management, E-commerce and Networked marketing is discussed , and traditional marketing and supply mode is analyzed .Based on the demands analysis, Manufacturer Networked Marketing&Supply System , its structure and operational mode are proposed .Focused on networked marketing and supply , a key technique ,the model of networked marketing based on A2C&D2C , is proposed ; also its structure , operational mode and control mechanism are given. Other key techniques of the system are discussed ,such as , distributors' location choosing , performance evaluation and promotion technique for Supply Chain, multi-grades inventory management and control.Based on the theory and corresponding key techniques mentioned above , a ceramic products networked marketing system has been developed ; a detail design for motorcycle networked marketing and supply are given.
