An tremendous power influencing success and failure of enterprise is found suddenly at the end of the 20th century, it is enterprise culture. " In last ten years of 20th century, west enterprises were reengineered widely. And with the change of economic system, Chinese enterprise have transformed unprecedented. Facing the worldly changing, more and more people are working for a more effectively way to manage enterprise. So some people focus on enterprise culture.There have lots of theories about enterprise culture, and people have give enterprise a lot of concepts, but they have got a agreement about that the core contents of enterprise is values assumption and standards of behaviors. With the development of enterprise, the importance of enterprise culture has been approved by big corporations. Now people are thinking mostly about how to use the theories as tools in the management of business, so that they can improve the performance.There also have some theories about leadership, but have few study about the matching between the enterprise and leadership. This paper will talk about fruit of world study about enterprise and leadership firstly. Secondly this paper will analyze orientations of enterprise culture. Then will analyze the matching between the enterprise and leadership, and the effective of the matching on performance of enterprise.This experimental research is a branch of state aiding stem which been in charged by Professor Chen Weizheng.
