| The sudden collapse of big enterprises like Juren, Sanzhu, Aiduo, Qingchi makes us know that it is not necessarily good for enterprises to grow bigger and faster, and the most important thing is to maintain sustainable growth. At present, there is a lot of literature about enterprise's longevity, sustainable competence and reasons of business win and loss. But some opinions vary a lot so that there is no systematic theory yet. It is yet to form a comprehensive understanding on the question of 'with what kinds of conditions enterprises can maintain sustainable development'. Combining realistic situation in China, This thesis tries to make a deep study on this problem.First, this thesis makes a brief review on conception, characteristics, possibility and research meaning of enterprise's sustainable growth, and then sums up theoretical ground and practical lessons on it. On this basis, the thesis proposes theoretical framework for conditions of enterprise's sustainable growth. This framework includes four core elements such as enterprise' culture, leadership, operation institution, comprehensive competence. Then on the basis of this theoretical framework, author establishes a system for evaluating conditions of enterprise's sustainable growth, in the meantime, proves and modifies foregoing theoretical hypothesis through survey and case study. Finally, this thesis puts forth several suggestions on how Chinese enterprises to improve conditions to maintain sustainable growth.This thesis' innovative points is listed as bellows: analyzes enterprise's sustainable growth systematically from four perspectives; integrates research of holistic conditions and phase conditions; differentiates the importance of different conditions to sustainable growth; it is hoped that this thesis can give some reference to those enterprises which try to be a longevity ones. |
