| With the background of information age and economics globalization, information technology has been applied quickly and widespread. And the degree to which enterprise applied IT has been raised apparently. Enterprise Information Resource Management System has also been the developing direction and main aim for more and more enterprise. With the concept of information in enterprises develop, IT update day by day and new business management theory complex, there also existing much problem. How to construct Information Resource Management System and which part should be focused in this process has been becoming the critical point for enterprise that want to get a rise.The easily changed business environments enterprise face have been making Enterprise information resource management system developed at any moment. The thesis discusses the related aspect of enterprise information resource management system construction in this easily changed background from different side. And the thesis goes on further study on the construction pattern of enterprise information resource management system from the theory side and application side. The thesis also designs the construction pattern. This thesis firstly introduces the formulation, development, concept, character and construction of information resource management to make a foundation for further study. Then we discuss the significance, character and system of enterprise information resource management. After that, we put forward the construction patter of enterprise information resource management system. We advance the 3-tier construction pattern design of enterprise resource management system; analyze the main supporting framework and the related character of application tier and decision tier. At last, the thesis applied the study result on AA company's information resource management system. The result can provide a reference for the construction of other enterprise's information resource management system.
