The theory of enterprise culture forms irresistible trend in our country during recent years, since it rose in western corporations in eighties of the 20th century. It not only renovates greatly the theory of management but also endows human-centered management with new spirit of the times and the excellent traditional culture spirits of China.By the analysis of man, environment, group, organization that are the components of human-centered management, this article discusses their influences and their reciprocity to human-centered management. On the basis of it, we can see the culture that these elements reflect includes two parts: one is overt culture, and the other is covert culture. The first part consists of cultural environment, model character, custom and ceremony and enterprise system, which refine from inflexible elements (environment, group, organization). The second part contains operating faith, view of value and spirit of enterprise, which hide behind the people's action and ways of management. The latter is fundamental cultural connotation in human-centered management. The enterprise culture, which takes the spiritual culture as core, belongs to updated managerial pattern in human-centered managerial system.Facing to the problems of development of enterprise culture as well as the cultural conflict in transnational corporation in china, I hope to construct the socialistic enterprise culture with Chinese feature by finding the combination between enterprise culture and the ideological politics work. It not only adapts to socialistic market economy but also is identical with socialism with Chinese character, which embody really the conception of human-centered management.
