Research Of Contract Dynamical Management For Project And Development Of System Software

In our country, contract management is in the period of development. Using effective software in contract management is one of the main decisive factors of the management level. On the basis of analysis on the fundamental theory of contract management and of contrast between internal software and external software, combined with information technology, the software PCDMS (Project Contract Dynamical Management System) has been designed in this paper, which involves the management of contract version and the assistance to managers to handle contract affairs. Firstly, linked with the project practice, the FIDIC (1st edition, 1999) and the model essay of contract of State Power Limited Company are researched deeply. Secondly, the author discusses the main content of project contract management from the point view of contract clause and analyses the function of the software and the realizing method. At last, the paper puts forward the function designing process of PCDMS in detail.The PCDMS applies Delphi6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as designing tools and windows as exploring circumstance. The software can manage contract version dynamically and give assistances to managers, therefore attains aim of contract control. So it is elastic, convenient and applicable.
