As china economic is keeping growth for decades, and more and more high technical medical equipments are installed in hospitals. So many high technical equipments require service with high quality. The main reasons for that change are as following: international company wants to expand their territory; local company increases investment to fight with global company. And there are so many characters in medical equipment service business, such as high level technical, high value equipment, more risk etc.We divided medical equipment service companies to 3 levels. The first one is branch of big medical equipment company; the second one is small service company related with hospital service department, the last one is small company with high technical skill. As the business growths not too long to have good rule, we can see many problem in it, such as no service sense; low efficient, high cost, low benefit etc.Right now, service sales theory is very popular in the world. More and more companies, especially traditional manufactory company, find good service can win the market, even more help company win without fight. For medical equipment business, service function already expand to provide total solution to customer instead of normal warranty service..After china entered WTO, our market is more and more opened to western countries. Although we already reform for decades and our equipment sales keep growing for decades. But we are still back away from western country in economic. Global company already competes on service level, but our company still competes on quality level. As we know price compete cause lose-lose situation, we need change our mindset from quality competition to service competition. Which mindset will increase company ability and help itself win the market. After analysis as above, we can see it is necessary and very urgent for us to improve our service ability. Company A is a pioneer in medical equipment business .His market share is much higher than other company for 3 years. At same time, more than 95% customers are satisfied with his service. Which win good reputation for company A. Since that, we analyze company A for study. We focus on organization, and development history, and organization in service branch, and e-business in service branch. We can see e-business help company A reduce cost and improve productivity. After analysis on company A, I think it is a good example for other company, especially for other big company. If company want to lives longer, it should think his strategy first and carefully. According to current situation in china medical service business, keep developstrategy is a good choice for big service company. And for other small company, united and chain are smart choices for them. At last we analyze how to improve service affectivity and reduce cost by e-business. Our solutions for big service company are build up customer call center, supply chain management, and product develop management through web. For other small company, web also is perfect way for them to united and chain. In a word, medical equipment service business will keep growing for long time, even no body purchase new equipment. Since that, each service provider need to consider how to build up his advantage for long term.
