Study On Management Of Comprehensive Equipment In Yankuang Group

Based on the consideration of whole optimization of comprehensive coal production system and the facts of management and development of comprehensive equipment in Yankuang Group, the present thesis used the theory of system,information, decision-making and cybernetics to analyze the basic fators: objective , mode concept, organization structure, management mechanism, standardization system, common prospect,business process(including planning.purchase, lease ,using, maintenance, stock,accessory management, etc.),ERP and evaluation index system.Through the study of these factors,the thesis improved the dynamic evaluation method of equipment management and redesigned the comprehensive equipment management mode with the coal production as its core.The new mode revealed the objective situation of equipment management development and its coupling features with production system and finally realize the efficient connection between equipment management subsystem and enterprise large system.The study provided the decision-making criterion for enterprise management and made sense to state-owned asset management for government and state-owned enterprise.
