Research On Development Model Of Urban Agglomerations In Guanzhong

The existence of urban agglomerations is characterized by regional urbanization and urban regionalization. As an advanced stage phenomenon of regional urbanization, urban agglomeration is created by conglomerate and diffusion. With the quickening of urbanization and urban modernization drive in the whole world, urban agglomerations will be gradually focused by more and more people as the important and unique area in urbanization process. Through the research of this essay, these may help to the coordinated management between every key city of urban agglomerations in Guanzhong, rapid harmonious development of regional economy, and the constant improvement of the regional urbanization level.This thesis, with the theories and methods of regional economics and new economic geography from regional visual angle, researches thoroughly on the development model of urban agglomerations in Guanzhong region.At first, the thesis analyses the historical gradual progress of urban agglomerations of Guanzhong. This paper gives a deeper comprehensive analysis on the cureent situation of Guanzhong urban agglomerations including its scale degree structure, function structure and spatial distribution, and gives a comprehensive appraisal to it by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. From the ananlysis, we conclude that the development level of urban agglomerations in Guanzhong is not high at present, and at an elementary developing stage, but it has very great development potential. On thebasis of occupying a large amount of materials, through comparing with development model of four respects of the ripe urban agglomerations, including spatial structure, operational mechanism, organizational management and regional cooperation, this paper determines the development model orientations of Guanzhong region by utilizing the method of comprehensive evaluation based on possible / satisfactory degree. According to the actual conditions of Guanzhong region, the essay perfects and improves the selected model, and proposes "over-lapping" dynamic development model of urban agglomerations in Guanzhong.Through the case study of development model of Guanzhong region, these hope to enrich the development theory of urban agglomerations in our country, and can provide successful experiences for other urban agglomerations.
