The thesis is mainly is in a form of case study which focus on human resources management and communication. It consists of two parts.The part one is brief on case's background and the description of the case that a new employee of a manufacturer was informed of termination of her probation.The part two is case study. Firstly, we analyzed the background in order for readers to understand the environment around the case. Then we pointed out the main problems in the case and found the cause of the problems. Finally, we recommend a suggestion way to solve it.In routine management of a manufacturer, employee's join-and-leave is happened around us at times. How to hire effectively, how to appraise new employee during his or her probation, how to fire a employee with caution, and how to communicate with employees effectively, all of these are critical for a company to get a stable development. For any enterprises, only when it own high-class and relatively stable employees, can it survive and win in the competition.
