Study On The Structure And Management About The Virtual R&D Organization

Virtual Organization has been paid more and more attention by the business and theory circles after it was proposed in 1991. Being known as the fifth generation innovation of the enterprise and organizes, it is one of directions of organizing development of enterprises in future and the most promising and competitive organizational form in the 21st century. In practice, virtual organization has the advantages such as particular trend, flexibility, ICT, and cooperation, etc. and becomes the new prevailing form of enterprise organize in developed country. Day by day it develop more and more rapidly in the world. Comparatively, R&D is always the main way in enterprises that obtains technological ability and economic benefits. It is also the foundation of the survival and development of enterprise. Especially, R&D is the "bottleneck" of development in most enterprises in our country. The cooperation between universities with research institutions will become the main way of "win -win" in terms of technology, time or risk, economy.On this background, a new kind of R&D mode - Virtual R&D Organization has been put into practice in need of the innovation and development of economy and social as the concept of Virtual Organization is introduced in the scientific research area. It has completely changed the view, the bound of organization, the form of the traditional R&D Organization, and it will bring a great change. Besides, VR&DO is a leading conception according to the development of international scientific research and talent's management and situation of operation. Some domestic and international Virtual Organization or operation of embryonic form indicate that it is a kind of effective way which adopts to talent's organization and scientific research organization in economical time. The advantages of combining VO and R&D with VR&DO can solve a series of problems faced by traditional scientific research organization in R&D, provide helpful choice, wide cooperative field to enterprise, and development of scientific research organization. To promote the further development of the production, teaching and research, improve enterprise's research and development ability and international competitiveness, R&D cooperation between our country enterprise with university, scientific research institutions is very important.However, up to now, there is still little research about VR&D. Its theory is unripe and has a lot of problem. As a kind of new organizational form, it needs the support of the relevant theory and the exploration, guide of the practical methods. How to build the structure and manage of VR&DO has become the important subject for research in theoretical system.The mode of cooperation between Enterprises - University is very common, most ripe and effective cooperative type in the activity of R&D known as innovative form is the characteristic of complementary. VR&DO of model E/U becomes representative and the most frequent way of VR&DO too. Because of this, this theory launches theoretical research and practical exploration to VR &DO of model E/U and relies mainly on enterprise.This theory is divided into 3 major parts as follows "why"(foreword), "what"(chapter 1), "how to structure and manage"(chapter 2 and chapter 3). Firstly, this theory analyze historical background and current situation of research of VR&DO according to the concept and characteristic of VO. This paper has summarized basic theories such as concept, characteristic, basic type, lifecycle of VR&DO. Secondly, it summed up the basic construction processes of VR&DO, organized and designed VR&DO in terms of system, structure, and have analyzedthe basic platform which need in course of structuring and realizing virtual operation, introduced the operational mode of the kind of VR&DO at the same time.
