| The private-owned enterprises in Hebei Province are becoming stronger between planned economy and market economy, which are playing a more and more important role in the economy of Hebei Province as a whole. In the terms of comprehensive analysis, however, these enterprises belong still to the inferior group because of their weak points of management, especially that of the financial managements, including the disordered financial managements, the lack of financial control, the morbidity of financial management systems and the lag of backward financial notions, etc. So, on the one hand, these private-owned enterprises develop quickly and function greatly. On the other hand, they have backward financial managements which cause lots of problems. It becomes urgent for them, therefore, to upgrade their inner diathesis for the purpose of solving their financial problems. Accordingly, it is the rational choice for them to introduce the management pattern of financial guide which means the staff financial notions and managements and management pattern with the purpose of successive prosecutions, profitable ideas, and finance-based notions to realize inner cooperation, outer outspread and worthiness-maximum dynamically and continuously of the enterprises. Now the researches of the management pattern of financial guide at home and abroad are not rich and agreed, which cause from three aspects. Firstly, the theoretical studies are limited to its necessity, importance, and needs. They are classified into logical reasoning, which is unscientific. Secondly, the finance is not orientated understandingly. Thirdly, the running scheme has not been talked about. The enterprises cannot bring it into effect. My thesis aims at constructing the theoretical basis, solving the rational understanding, designing the running scheme of the management pattern of financial guide with the final purpose of raising the overall management level of the private-owned enterprises in terms of theory and practice.
