The Research On The Configuration Of The Organization And The Running Pattern Of The Youth Volunteers In Anhui Province

The youth volunteer's activities in china have last over ten years since 1993 under the advocating and organization of the center department of the Communist Youth League.During this period, the youth volunteer's activities have got great achievements. It has also been familiar with and accepted by the society. The popularity of the youth volunteer's activities, catering to the need of the development of the industrial civilization in the modern society, have made a big contribution to develop the social traditional virtues in our country and the promotion of the construction of the harmonious society. The youth volunteer's activities have become an important part of the construction of the socialist cultural and ideological civilization, become an important buoy of improving the moral quality of Chinese civilian, become an important direction of today's activities of youth in china.Having appearing for not a long time, today the configuration of the organization of youth volunteers is mainly managed and organized by the Communist Youth League. The association, the service stations and the teams of youth volunteers are mainly abided by the arrangement of organization of the Communist Youth League. The running pattern is that the Communist Youth League is organizer of the activities, and the association, the service stations and the teams of youth volunteers take an active part in it. With the development of the youth volunteer's activities the problems and shortcomings of this kind of the configuration of organization and running pattern are becoming more and more serious.Taking Anhui province as an example, this thesis described the general situation of the youth volunteer's activities, especially the configuration of the organization and the running pattern of it, making the problems and shortcomings of it clear through deep analysis. Then, facing these problems and shortcomings, using the related management theories, the author explosively presents the design of the configuration of the organization and the foresee of the running pattern of the youth volunteers.This thesis has two kinds of data. One is the direct data. During the collection of this kind of data, with the help of the graduate students of the department of sociology in Anhui University the author has surveyed many people in Hefei, Huainan and Anqing through case studies. Through this way the author has got deep and plentiful case information. The other kind of data is the second-hand data. The main data of this kind is from the related program of the center Communist Youth League in Anhui province. There are two forms of data. One form is the general table, which tells the general condition of the youth volunteer's activities in the cities of Anhui province. The center Communist Youth League in Anhui province has made this table. The second form is the information from the questionnaires. In order to analyze the problems and make the data plentiful, the author has integrated the data of the two forms.
