There are two basic feedback mechanisms in the process of land using. The first one is sustainable land use→increase the land production→alleviate the shortage of production→ decline the ecological fragility →further sustainable land use. The second one is unsustainable land use→decline the land production→sharpen the shortage of production→ increase the ecological fragility→further unsustainable land use. The structure of feedback determines the land use orientation. Based on the analysis of sustainable land use, Sustainable Land Use System (SLUS) is a negative feedback system by adopting the theories and methods of System Sciences. The behavior of land using should follow the negative feedback mechanism. This paper establishes the concept model of sustainable land use and probes into its structure, function, control section and mode of SLUS. Based on the concept model, case study is undertaken in Panxi Area. The connection between land use and its factors affecting are quantified by statistic software. SLUS model in Panxi is simulated according to the methods of Dynamic System. Countermeasures of getting sustainable land use are putting forward from the outcome simulated.
