Study On Dynamic Change Of Land Use At County Level

The paper makes full use of the established database of present land use situation and takes it as the data source .On the basis of analyzing and appraising the current land use, we adopt the dynamic change models to analyze quantity change, degree change, regional difference in Wutongqiao district from 1996 to 2003, then points out the dynamic change law of land use. By using qualitative and quantitative method to analyze the regional land change driving force on nature, social and economy aspects. The research uses gray model to predict the change trend of land use in future. Finally we put forward countermeasures about the sustainable utilization of regional land. The results of chis research are as follows:1. The main current land use structure in Wutongqiao district are cultivated land and forest land, cultivated land and woodland account for more than 60% of the whole area in the district. The land use ratio is much higher than average level of the whole country and the whole province.2. From the quantity change analyses we know that the land use pattern have changed by a relatively large margin in Wutongqiao district from 1996 to 2003. The main trend of this change is that with remarkable reduction of cultivated area and unutilized area, the forest land, residential area and industrial and mining's land used for area increased notably. And during our research time, it is the fastest change in the woodland, the land used for residential area and industrial and mining take second place, the pace of change of water areas is minimum.3. There is remarkable difference of speed in different period and different area. In last period from 1996 to 1999, the residential areas and industrial and mining's land used for changes are the fastest. The herb most change is the slowest, the change speed is null value. In the last period from 1999 to 2003, because of the implementation of the national reforesting formerly cultivated land policy, the forestland increases progressively every year, the smallest change of speed is garden.4. From analyzing the change degree of the land use we can know that the rate of change of the whole district land degree R <0, land use of the whole district is proved in the period of adjustment. Land use degree have big difference among towns ,R>0 including Zhugen town, Yangliu town, Niuhua town,Jinshan town and Xinyun town are in the period of development.Among them the land utiziation degree of the Zhugen town is the higest and the bigest .The other villages and towns are in the period of adjustment.5. There are obvious regional differences in land use.The biggest change in cultivated land took place in Jinshan town, the smallest change took place in Yangliu town. The biggest change in garden land took place in Zhugen town, the second in Niuhua town, the smallest in Jinshan town.
