Logistics Systematism In Forest Industry Corporation

On the condition of modern market competition, low-cost and high-efficiency logistics system has been the core competition power of the corporation's development. The aim of this thesis is both to improve the corporation's economic benefit and social benefit and to give attention to the entironment's benefit. The methods of this thesis are the modern logistics theory, linear programming and systems engineering. This thesis is to explore the logistics sect of the forest industry corporation in China. In the thesis, all parts of logistics operations made up of one system, the methods that how to research logistics systematism of the forest industry corporation has been put forward. The system has been formed a series of models. They are concept/frame model, integrated optimized model and evaluation model. The structure of logistics system in the forest industry corporation is analyzed using the concept/frame model. The actual logistics problem of Songjianghe Forestry Bureau in Jilin province is optimized using the integrated optimized model. Some measures to improve the logistics management in the forest industry corporation are also put forward. Fully understanding logistics systematism and spreading it, it also means by low cost and good service to meet the clients' demands, to fit the markets changes and to get the deserved profits, not only accords to the demand of crude forest protection, but also is an important method to draw the forest industry corporation from the hot water.
