Along with information technology advanced and China joining WTO(World Trade Organization ),Chinese logistics companies will be competing with international magnets. It's a imperious and practical problem for Chinese logistics industry. In the more and more impetuous warfare, a series of differention would occur in Chinese logistics industry. Accordingly, for the sake of the trend, third party logistics system would be reengineered with integration ideology. Namely, it is important to build effective LIOS(Logistics Integration Operation System). For that, author goes deep into main conflict of the system to design LIOS' logical model.
