Study On Key Technologies In Agile Supply Chain Management

Supply chain management (SCM) has become the trend of enterprises management research trend. To address the problems of supply chain management in China, three key technologies were proposed in this paper: purchase management in agile supply chain management (ASCM); inventory management in ASCM; Doing united modeling and system designing to agile supply chain by using the united modeling theory. This paper kept to the viewpoint of agile supply chain management, and analyzed the change of purchase management model in ASCM: purchase for demands instead of inventory; management of external resources instead of purchase management; intimate cooperative associate instead of general business; purchaser active instead of vendor active. Besides, just-in-time purchase method was chosen as a purchase model in ASCM in this paper, which embodied harmonization, synchronization, integration and flexibility of ASCM.Based on the rule of selecting vendor, the standard of valuing and selecting vendor was proposed in this paper. Moreover, analytic hierarchy process was applied in the process of valuing and selecting vendor.Aiming at the "bullship effect", which was the new shortcuts in traditional supply chain management, the cause of "bullship effect" was analyzed. The viewpoint that "Bullship effect" can be mitigated through sharing information, improving operation, valorize, establishing intimate cooperative associate was put forward in this paper. After many inventory management methods analyzed, multi-echelon inventory control model was advised to adopt in ASCMUnified modeling language (UML) is a kind of object-oriented language and has been adopted by object management group, which is good at parallel, distributed modeling. UML can resolve the modeling process of ASCMS very well. Use case diagram, interaction diagram, class diagram, state diagram, component diagram and deployment diagram in ASCMS were used in demand analyzing process, designing process, realization process in agile supply chain management.
