On Rural Finance Of Our Countuy

As a developing country, promoting the rural economy development and looking for new growth engines have been an urgent and realistic problem of our country. The current situation of rural economy of our country indicates that the fund has already become"bottleneck" that restricts rural economy development of our country at present. Rural finance, the most important allocation system of capital factor, plays a more and more remarkable role in rural economic development. The rural finance of our country has obtained greater development since open-and-reform. However, the simple organization establishment and business repartition have not been resolved the problem of credit demand difficulty of the rural economy main body fundamentally. Enlarged credit gap and dissatisfied finance demand of main body of rural economy have already become an urgent problem to be resolved our country faces now. This article describes the composition of the rural finance system of our country on the basis of defining the rural finance. At the same time, it introduces some problems exposed on the rural finance of our country on the whole. Through investigating supply and demand conditions of the rural finance of the developed area, the relatively developed area, the low developed area and poor area, this article analyses the different finance demand of the main body of rural economy of different areas. Then it summarizes the whole situation of supply and demand of rural finance of our country and displays the sharp contradiction of supply and demand of the rural finance of our country at present. This article points out that the reform thought of rural finance of our country should change from valuing from-top-to-bottom reform to valuing from-bottom-to-top reform, from valuing rural finance supply to valuing rural finance market structure and peasant demands.
