ERP System Development Based On AIBAS

ERP software is a kind of complex system. Any enterprise wants to develop in the merciless market economy environment, the most important thing needed to do is to change its management or business process frequently, especially, those enterprises which have applied ERP system have to think about how to update these program to make themselves adapt to these changes. In order to solve this problem, this paper bring forward a new method, that is the idea of applying groupware and adopting DEM technology to design ERP software.The first part, this paper discuss the basic ideology of groupware, and we talk about the characteristics of groupware in ERP software, then we transform the conventional software designing process into a new groupware building process, and the result of transforming enlarge the least cell of software making to the groupware cell. In the system designing, we cut the ERP system into several subsystems, yet these parts have some relation though they are seemed to be detached .so we can build the groupware for every subsystems respectively.We also study the relation of DEM and groupware, as a result, we bring forward a way of modeling of DEM based on groupware, including the ideology of modeling, basic structure of model, the required steps of modeling and the tools of modeling.UML is a very important modeling tool, which is a kind of object modeling technique (OMT) . After anatomizing the two kind techniques, we choose seven kind patterns to express the five DEM-models.In order to realize the ERP system, we also utilize the AIBAS, which is a kind of CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) technology, the most important is AIBAS provide us lots of "Groupware Cell", which help us to construct the Groupware, also the paper introduces AIBAS software in details too. Developing ERP with this kind of technology, we can achieve a soft product with high quality in a very short time, so it reduces ERP software development period greatly and quickens ERP implement progress. AIBAS software fits the period of soft engineering, so it frees us from the dry and troubled code writing work. At last the application shows us an effective attempt to national small & medium-sized enterprises.
