Component-based Inventory Management System Research And Development

Inventory exists in each tache of the enterprise management. Reasonable Inventory management can provide valid data to workshop planning and dispatching and reduce the cost of manufacture.So it has become the inevitable trend.Using information system based on computer to manage the data of Inventory will lead us to lower cost, higher efficiency, better data analysis and more accurate decision-making.Based on the information project of XI'AN AEROENGINE CORPORATION(XAEC). The paper study workshop Inventory system based for the diversification and little bitch production manufacturing workshop.This dissertation is focused on the Procurement and Inventory Management System based on the component technology.We set up the function model and the information model of the system according to several months investigation in workshop.The component-based model of the enterprise information management system is built to enhance the efficiency of software developing.We compartmentalize the software and built components model.then use Delphi6.0 to realize these components and build up the Inventory Management System.This system has been used successful in the 32 workshop of XAEC.
