The main content in this thesis is the application study of strategy evaluation. As the important part of strategic-management process, strategy evaluation is the controls of strategy implementation. This word has been mentioned in many literatures. But thoroughly working about research in this field is a little in academe. Consulted reference books and discussed with my supervisor, we think unanimous that it is a significative proposition.Chengdu Aircraft Industrial Company (CAC) that is a large enterprise for war industry has implemented "MSTTC" in early. At 1989, CAC has formulated the CPDS and implemented it for morn than ten years. The changes and the developments in this period, is a practical model for the research. On the other hand, I am working in CAC, knowing about strategy implementation of the CPDS and convenient for collecting the business information and data.In this thesis, theoretically analyzing and practical studying have been used. I referred to a lot of literatures in management filed and policy of the "MSTTC" , and collected a lot of the statistical data, and investigated the strategy implementation, and talked about the strategic-management with interrelated peoples. In this research, weestablished the parameters for evaluation the strategy and measured organizational performance. These parameters consist of financial, marketing, innovation, production, employees, and so on.In this thesis, have some insufficiencies of the parameters and localizations in strategy evaluating, because of the peculiarly of war industry. So we will mend these in the continuation working.
