The Research Of An Indexes System That Can Evaluate The Core Capability Of Hi-Tech Corporations

High Tech corporations has became an important supporting-role in the economic development of our country, especially in tech innovating, creating and providing employee chances, GDP growing, product renovating, exploring foreign market and etc.At the same time, the High-Tech corporations also have to face more and more competitions in economic marketing environment. The Core competing capability is the key essentials that who can be the successor in competition. It is a collective power that is formed in the development of enterprise; it is also changed with the environments and times of their commercial activity.So, fore and foremost, it is very important that we have to research the core competing capability of Hi-Tech corporations.According to my understanding of the concepts and essentials of core capability, connecting with the features and developing habitus of local Hi-Tech enterprises, I select some representative indexes to research.These indexes include R&D capability, the innovating capability, marketing compatibility, managing and collaborating capability, and enterprise's influence capability. Base on the principle of systematic, comparability, and practicability, I made some researches on how to constitute these indexes into one system and what kind of functions they performance in this system, I also made researches on the difficulties and foundations of setup the system, and what is the best way for ourevaluation.Through setup evaluating model and combining with specialist evaluations, we can preliminary setup an indexes system that can evaluate the core capability of Hi-Tech corporations, and then make it applicant further.Randomly selected 6 Hi-Tech enterprises in different commercial activity, after indexes data adopting, indexes data analyzing and data comparing, we make our evaluation and analysis for very one enterprise.
