Research On Arresting Tactics From The Perspective Of Game Theory

Game theory,also known as the theory of games,is a theory research on the optimal solutions(the best tactics set)to problems in behavioral interaction on the basis of mathematics.As one of the most intense stage in the conflict and confrontation of law enforcement,arresting action contains a large number of measures and countermeasures,which just fit with the research category of game theory.Based on the game attribute of arresting tactics,and use game theory to guide the arresting action,the research can be divided into three categories:Part One: Putting forward questionsThis part is the first chapter of this paper.Through analyzing recent police casualties,the development of arresting tactics theory,and the current researches of game theory in the police work,then putting forward that the game theory and the research of arresting tactics is the combination of theoretical and practical significance.Part Two: Analyzing problemsThis part is the second and third chapter of this paper.The second chapter is literature review.Centering on the concept of the title of this paper,definitions of game,game theory,arrest,arresting tactics are clarified,and the fusion of arresting strategy and game theory comes true based on the concepts of game and strategy,which are similar and interlinked.The third chapter is the explanation of arresting tactics.Arresting tactics are analyzed specifically combined with the game theory,and the direction of arresting game is pointed out,that is to seek cooperation in the fight.Part Three: Solving problemsThis part is the fourth and fifth chapter of this paper.In the fourth chapter,the main content is the arresting game made up by confrontation and cooperation.In this chapter,according to the situations in which the subject in the arrest is,the arrest can be divided into active arrest,confrontation arrest and passive arrest.According to the arresting characteristics,cooperation and confrontation are chosen,and their game strategies are analyzed respectively.In the fifth chapter,the limitations and corresponding strategies of the game theory in the arresting tactics are proposed.The limitations of the game theory in the arresting strategies are: reason,expanse,return,result,and the “plus one principle” strategy is put forward based on these limitations.In the end,combing with the model of “Tian ji's horse racing”,the “plus one principle” is deepened systematically on the basis of “plus one idea”,so as to make it more practical.
