We are entering a new era .WTO will bring us into an international economy system and business environment .It is very important for us to administrate the human resources effectively when we face the new competent environment and challenge. The administration of the personnel is very effective because the performance appraisal will help the enterprise to reach the goal and become the power of the growing .We should value the importance of the effective performance appraisal .The performance appraisal is a hot field for many management psychologists.This thesis is developed along a sequence of raising a question, explaining it ,analyzing it and solving it .The thesis analyzes the background of the performance appraisal and state the fact that how to design the performance appraisal and how to put it into the practice . Furthermore ,the paper states the fact that how to combine the performance appraisal with the ideological political education . As a part of a human resource management system ,the performance appraisal is applied to help the corporation to realize the object by using the appraisal itself and human resource management improved.As long as our Chinese people open our mind, learn from others humbly and always try to practice, we could really expect great improvement in Chinese corporation management.
