After attending WTO , the enterprises from China is facing more drastic challenger than before , competition of talent is the key , so to absorb excellent talent , corporation should use modern human resource management scheme.In theory , Combining long-term strategic method and short-term tactics method , the project reveal the situation and shortage of the performance appraisal of the manager of state-owned enterprises at present; In reality , to evaluate the managers effectively and show us how to improve the situation , the project give us a workable scheme for the performance appraisal of the manager .THB is a great company in state-owned enterprises .As a good example to other state-owned enterprises in China , it develops its overseas marketing very quickly in recent years . By evaluating THB company's manager correctly and providing righteous evaluation to them , this article combines their effort and income effectively , and then bring us the development of itself and all the industry.This article uses the feature of state-owned enterprises and the performance management of THB company for a beginning , and then it combines all the new and old theory of the performance management provided by the scholar all around the world . Emphasizing on the combination of professional theory and actual situation of the corporation , the article appraise the manager from THB company by the procedure as below.At first, Using the method as investigation questionnaire , Behavioral Event Interview , KPI appraisal and evaluation from superior , we evaluate the manager from THB company from all the directions; After finishing all the project , we combine the result of questionnaire and Behavioral Event Interview to summarize the style of the management of the managers, and then Using questionnaire , KPI appraisal and the evaluation from superior as each part to get the total point; to get the name list of the award , we use the Forced distribution method to rank the managers by the point of each of them; At last , After knowing about the feature of each manager , we show them the report of the summary of the appraisal . To hold all kinds of training and to give suitable change of the position , in the report , we give them accurate evaluation and personal advise , and we believe these will do favor to the development of the company and the manager themselves.
