The Study On The Adjustment Of The Economy Function Of The Government After Joining The WTO

Joining in to WTO takes new chance as well as challenge to the enterprise and the government of China. Under the law of WTO, making the economy function of the government run properly and under the guidance of law, is the real problems to the government in the economy revolution of China. So, studying the change of the economy function of the government is more urgent for China.In this article, under the law of WTO, specialties of the economy function of the government in WTO is analyzed in detail, the root of the problems is dissected, finding the relative shortcoming in China and enables the quantitative evaluation of the present economy function of China. Meanwhile, thoughts and strategies on solving the problems are put forward.With the description of the problems about the economy function of the government, importance and necessity which China government adjust the economy function suiting itself are pointed out.
