Discuss Local Government Function And County Economy Development

This paper's research methods mainly used are combining normative analysis and empirical analysis. It aims to analyze local government function's performance in county economy development from positive and negative angle, provides the theory practice instruction and concrete realization path for local government function change and innovation, promotes the development of county economy, realizes the integration of urban and rural areas, promote the national economy and the social to develop rapidly.The whole text is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is preface part, mainly reviews the research background and significance, home and broad research situation, the logical thinking and research methods, and possible innovations and deficiencies. The second chapter clarifies the basic connotation and main characteristics of county economy through experts and scholars 'different understandings about county economy, analyzes county economy's important position and role in economic and social development. The third chapter expounds local government function in county economy development on the basis of stating intrinsic relationship about local government and county economy, states the effects which county economy has got under the guidance of the local government and the successful experience which local government carries out the functions in county economy development. The fourth chapter points out that the local government in county economy developing performing functions exists "five" aspects of the problem from the opposite, and analyzes the causes. The fifth chapter introduces the basic ideas about realizing the innovation of local government function in county economy development from the innovation of government administrative concept, the role location, the relationship with the related subjects and the realization mechanism etc, and expounds concrete path about realizing the innovation of local government function from two angles: deepening the reform of administrative system and stressing service-oriented government building .
