The construct project management has taken out significant remarkable achievement, but lacking science. At the same time, the scale of the construction projects and the technology turn more magnificent and complex with socialism-market economic system are established, much new desire are put forward for construction project management. However, the traditional construct project management methods which were formed under the planning-economic system exit a great deal of problems in the new economic environment, as well as it cannot be consonant with the characteristics product. As a result, this is the fundamentally account of low profit, low efficiency, low management level in Chinese construction enterprises.In this paper, rounding the core of construct project management, we analyze the problem which generally exit in Chinese construction enterprises, use the international construction project management mode which has been testified to be scientific and prosperous for reference, combine with relational condition of Chinese construction enterprises, redesign organization structure and management model for construction enterprises, advance a new model of construct project management which comes up to the characterstics of construction product ,lead into Just In Time, introduce scientific management methods. Adopt this management mode and methods to advance the level of construction management in China, increase construction enterprises capacity of competition to take part in international competition.
