In recent years,with the development of science and technology,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made major decisions and arrangements such as "Internet + government services" and "smart city".We have actively promoted the construction of online government service platform in various regions and departments,launched online work,effectively optimized government services,and facilitated enterprises and the masses,creating a good environment for public entrepreneurship and innovation.Government departments at all levels have increased their investment in e-government projects,and e-government enterprises are facing important development opportunities.However,the comprehensive ability of project management in most e-government enterprises in China is not high.There are some problems in project management,such as incomplete management system,unclear power and responsibility,delayed project progress,poor communication and insufficient risk response ability,which lead to the e-government project can not be completed smoothly and the system operation is unstable.Taking E-government enterprise M company as an example,this paper applies the organizational project management maturity model to construct a project management maturity evaluation system with four first-level evaluation indicators: organizational operation potential,single project management,project set management and portfolio management.The project management maturity of M company is evaluated by questionnaire,and the project of M company is analyzed according to the evaluation results.Management maturity and key factors affecting the level of maturity,combined with the theoretical knowledge and best practices of organization-level project management maturity model,formulate and implement a plan to enhance the project management capability of M company.Through the establishment of project management office,the implementation of competency management system,the strengthening of project schedule management,the strengthening of project cost and project set financial management and the strengthening of project portfolio governance.Management measures to improve the project management level of M company.By comparing the effects before and after the implementation of the project management capability enhancement scheme,the paper illustrates the benefits and effects of M company's project management maturity assessment and the implementation of the project management capability enhancement scheme.Finally,this paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of M company's application of organizational project management maturity model,and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of organizational project management in e-government enterprises,providing reference for the application of organizational project management model in e-government enterprises.
