Research On Comprehensive Advantage And Strategic Selection For High-Tech Enterprises

Entering WTO has brought our country into a new age of economic globalization and technological globalization. This indicates that the era in which China's high-tech enterprises enjoy the technology planning and guiding and the policies in favor of them is over. Enterprises will directly confront the international high-tech companies in the market competition. With numbers of famous international high-tech companies coming into China, if our country's high-tech enterprises wish to keep a high speed and continuous development in the fierce competition of the future international market, they must have a high strategic management level, and they must have rather strong comprehensive advantages and core competition power. This paper is based on this consideration; it carries through a further study on the comprehensive advantage theory, methods and applications, and it also brings forward relevant ideas and methods about the strategy selection during different development stage of high-tech enterprises.After an evaluation and analysis of international strategy management theory and comprehensive advantage theory, and based on comprehensive advantage theories, this paper has made the following contribution: using a systematic analyzing method on the relative factors of comprehensive advantages of high-tech enterprises, it designs the principles and index system for the evaluation of comprehensive advantages of high-tech enterprises; using Radial Basis Function Artificial Neural Network; by inputting relative data of representative high-tech enterprise to a network test, it makes a demonstrative research on the comprehensive advantage evaluation of some high-tech enterprises; and using fussy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the output, it brings forward the strategy analyzing and selecting methods based on thedevelopment of comprehensive advantages of high-tech enterprises, so that China's high-tech enterprises could make full use of the inside resources, conditions and chances and enter the market competition with a better comprehensive advantages. The research of this paper will help to understand the level and trends of comprehensive advantages and choose suitable development strategy for high-tech enterprises.
