Virtual enterprise is the one of the best-pattern of enterprise cooperation. Virtual enterprise must be the important organization mode of future enterprise.At first, on the basis of researching situation of home and overseas, theory and practice. This dissertation discusses the characteristic of virtual enterprise and emphasis, difficult point and guiding ideology of production planning and control rely on elaborating each member's enthusiasm and self-rule of the market, the mutability which based on the products, the unsettles of cooperator and the varieties of enterprises and units that concerned in the manufac ture.Afterward, We will have the overall design of the production planning and control system of VE. According to the feature of VE, the author puts forth several policies of the production planning and control of VE, According to the number of VE's member, the partition of productive stage and production distribution, the essay construct the productive system's model of VE and the manufacturing process of the corresponding material flow and information flow.On the basis of analyzing and comparing the way that we treated the production planning and control of current enterprise, author puts forward the methods that adapted to the production planning and control of VE. By means of example analysis, author proves it is workability.
