Study Of The Application Of The Cycle Economy In The Development Of Industrialization In Rizhao

Based on the analyzation of the development on the cycle economy in and out of China,combining the practical situations in rizhao -a newly developing city,we have discussed its development by combining the regional industrialization and cycle economy.By conducting systemetic induction and analysis to the present situation of the development of the cycle economy in Rizhao,a new definition is provided in this thesis ,which includes strategic idea,purporse, frame, passage, emphasis,step and measures.Especially,some systematic and operating measures are provided on developing cycle economy in Rizhao,such as:adjusting industrial structure, conducting cleaning production, construct ecological industry yard, developing ecologic agariculture and ecologic third industry, enhance the adjustment of introduction of capital and establish the cycle economic development bureaucracy ,so as to provide basic theoretical method and decisive surport.
