Secondly, systematic analysis of Sichuan Telecom case will be given in terms of working scope and suitable management approach. And main content in this report cover management structure, process and operation issues. Finally, to make sure post projectevaluation could be operated in real situation of Sichuan Telecom, several analysis methods are applied and improving measures are proposed.
