The word "strategy", came from military, means the battle ruse .In English, "strategy " originated Greece "stratagia", in archaic Greece military literature, it means "effectively implement resource to destroy the enemy' plan ". In 20 century 70, the thought of military strategy was introduced enterprise management .In numerous definition, Prof. Michael E. Porter mention the core laconically:Strategy is the combination of the destination which an enterprise strives and the method (policy) which an enterprise seeks.Strategy management can be determined as: the art and science span all function to determine, implement, evaluate that makes an organization to reach its goal.Enterprise Management-Strategy adopts the thought and theory of strategy to Enterprise -Management, It means in order to adapt the variation of environment and the long-time survival and stable development, an enterprise should make its total and long-time program. A integral enterprise Management-Strategy at least includes 3 layers: First, establish strategy conception and the basic strategy; the secondly, adopt effective competitive strategy to face market competition; how to implement reasonable Marketing- Strategy to reflect strategy conception and form competitive superiority.The course of how to work out strategy: analyze the environment, find the present opportunities and threats, own superiorities and inferiorities; determine and implement strategy: control strategy and evaluate result.In order to meet the coming challenge from competition, motorcycle enterprises should work out the scientific developing strategies, on the basis of comprehensively analyzing their own superiorities and inferiorities and the obstructions for the entry of motorcycle market. This is an inevitable selection for enterprises to seek their long-term development. Motorcycle enterprises should pay more attention to the strategic adaptability, coordination, continuity and flexibility in the course of establishing their strategies. During the selection of strategies, they should determine the strategic contents satisfying future-developing requirements of motorcycle enterprises from different layers, i.e. the layer of company, management, and operation, respectively. In carrying out the strategies, the motorcycle enterprises should establish their own organizations, managerial mechanism and culture to support enterprises' strategic management, avoid implementing strategic management by subjective wishes, deductions and crises, and ensure theeffective implementation of strategies.This dissertation study Management-Strategy of motorcycle enterprises: 1 review some basic knowledge, including administration science, strategic management, marketing management and enterprise diagnosis; 2. Analyze the environment, find the present opportunities and threats, superiorities and inferiorities of HT group; 3. determine and implement strategy, control strategy and evaluate result;4. HT group should pay more attention to its owe core-competition, set up Strategy-Market conception, adopt Cost- leadership -Strategy and Differentiation -Strategy to meet the challenge from competition, use rational Marketing -Strategy to get competitive superiority.This dissertation can provide reference for motorcycle enterprise to carry out reasonable Management-Strategy.
