During human resources development and management, performance appraisal is an important basic work. Incentive is a core of human resources management. It is an important method for appraisal and incentive to motivate positive effect of managers and employee. Only through appraising performance of employees scientifically and fairly, can we know across-the-aboard employees. Only through correctly appraising results, can pertinence and felicitous incentives be adopted to increase positive effect of managers and employees. Because the chief office has key effect on station's development, the paper try to researching systemic on performance appraisal of station chief office in order to promoting its unfaltering development.Based on an in-depth discussion of current research and application status of performance appraisal theory, the paper explores its performance appraisal linking with the actual situation of station chief office. Firstly, by analyzing the basic situation of the chief office and its current situation of performance appraisal, the paper will give the principle, the general method, procedures and the chief office's performance appraisal system. The paper brings forward index system and its quantizing methods of the chief office's performance appraisal by applying the AHP and Fuzzy AHP method. In conclusion, the paper will deal with the evaluation of the chief office 's performance appraisal system and give the improving plan to it.
