The enterprise training is serving for the development strategy of the enterprise and the good training system is the foundation for the enterprise to develop prosperously. Different training modes lead to the different training result. This article analyzes the problems in the enterprise training and offers the solution to solve those problems through deep study and discussion on the training system; summarizes some normal training modes, clearly points out their advantages and disadvantages, it has practical meaning to our national enterprise training using for reference and guidance. Choosing training mode is decided by the training effect. This article uses the T—test that is the most distinct unit test in econometrics to do quantitative analysis on the training effect and estimates its distinct quality based on the qualitative analysis of the training effect. In the end this article uses case study, through analyzing Siemens's training system, concludes that it's necessary to set up a strict, systematic and standardized training system for a successful company to keep the core competence. Only doing this, the company can be energized to its development and be prosperous. And also it does a qualitative analysis on the trend of the enterprise training in the future at the same time.
