Research For Core Capacity Of HuaBei Oil Field Company

This article which aims at the fact of HuaBei Oil Field, is based on the theory of core capacity ,uses the method of substance-element value, layered analysis, adopts the method of system analysis which is combined with quality and quantity . It analyses and evaluates the compositive competitive power of HuaBei Oil Field, and deeply investigates the core capacity of the company.This thesis involves the following contentl:It gives roundly the theoretical description for the conception and the relation of the core capacity and the competitive power.2:From the views of dynamic power and resource in the acdemic boundary of compositive core capacity , the core capacity of the corporation is composed of the capacity of resource obtaining, technology, orgnizatin and innovation.
