In order to try for long term survival and steping development of thecompany .the thesis analyzed systematically and comprehensively thevariation of the industrial policy.the technical environment and thecharacteristics of the industry.This thesis has found the chances for thecompany to get benefits and to avoid threats and has thoroughlyanalyzed the company's internal situation which includes the productsand sales,finance,scientific reserch capacity,haman resources etc.thus hasmade the company's advantage and the weakness more clear.The thesishas evaluated the chances,the threats.the advantages and the weakness tothe company by EFE,IFE Matrix.The thesis has proposed the company'sdeveloping strategy by SWOT and QSPM Matrix.Also,the thesis has putforward the enterprise's misson and strategic objects and provided themeasures accordingly.
