Study On Management Of Building Construction Claim Of Process Control

With the rapid process of globalization and integration of the world economy, and China's entry to WTO, the management of construction claim of bringing in foreign capital and foreign projects are required to comply with the international practice, so does the China's construction industry on the way of marching to the international construction market.In view of the fact that in most of the domestic construction enterprises, they are of weak consciousness of claim and both sides of contractor and contract are not so clear to the legal procedure and treatment of Claim. They are not standard or systematic enough. Through combining with three criterions(or one of them) of GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO9001:2000.GB/T2001-1996 idt ISO14001:1996. GB/T28001-2001 to establish the operation system of enterprise management. Adopting process method (construction product) set the identification and control point of claim management in the course of construction of construction claim, and come up with the solution to control point of process management. By analyzing typical case to illustrate: Taking project management of construction enterprise as the foothold, put forward the pre-control management mode which is close to construction and easy to be mastered by all levels of management.
