The Research Of Industrialization Under Government Leading In Market Economy

In the course of development of economy and society, industrialization is the transition period of a nation, which is between agricultural nation, and industrial nation. During above 20 years reform and open, China is in the transition period, which is between traditional industry and modern industry. Under the planned economy circumstances, China got some accomplishments in industry, but just reached a low level, and the city-town binary economic structure is not be changed. How to improve the development of industrialization under the government leading in market economy, which come to a very serious question in front of us. HeBei's economy is on the middle level between the east and the west of China, its course of is the miniature of China's government leading. Therefore, we make the analysis of HeBei's industrialization as an example, which makes sense.There are four parts of the paper: firstly, I researched the basic theory about industrialization, and the active function of government in the development of economy and industrialization. I consider that the economy of the world is not a simple free competition, the function of government leading of developed countries is developed and improved with the developing economy. The second part involves the character of the structure of industry in the period of industrialization of HeBei province. The third part is one of important parts of this paper; this part investigates the Korean government leading policy of, and does a comparison about the model of industrialization between HeBei province and Korea, then gains the teaching from the comparison; besides, researches the experience from Germany to absorbing investment to develop local economy. The fourth part is the important part of this paper; I did a lot of quantity analysis about the current situation of industrialization of HeBei province. I judge the current advantage industrial trade by analysis the scientific quota such as the industrial Location Quotient, the quotient of Industry to GDP, comparative productivity.
