The Influence Of Joining WTO On Chinese Township Enterprises And The Countermeasures

Prospering the economy of the countryside, developing modern agriculture and increasing the farmers' income are very important tasks to build our country into a rich one. Developing village and town enterprises is a successful method to transfer the labourers of the countryside to non-agricultural industry and to cities. It is a successful way to increase the farmers' income. To build our country into an industrialized and modernized one, is a great creation of socialism with Chinese feature. It is an important subject for these enterprises to cope with the fierce competition after china joined WTO.This thesis gets the village and town enterprises as the subject of the research, analyzes their feature and advantage from their current status by combining the qualitative analysis with theoretical analysis practically, puts forward some existing questions about the circumstance and survival of those enterprises' development, states the opportunities and challenges these enterprises will meet after we joined WTO, puts forward a set of strategies to improve their healthy, steady, speedy, and continuous development, by reforming operative mechanism, adjusting economic structure, reinforcing internal administration, improving the level of technology, widening the financial path, reinforcing the environmental protection.
