Supervisor: Professor liu yong-gong.With the assumption of'orchard peasant is a limited rational economic person",the author investigates three kinds of peasants,who recently plant longan,who plant longan for one to three years(being in longan's growth period)and who plant longan for more than four years(being in the harvest time for longan);at the same time the arthor carries a deep investigation into the management cadres(of cities,counties or countries)who give guidance to longan's planting and producing.the technical personnel and the fruit processing enterpriser. With a systematic and scientific approach,the author analyses the restrictive factors of longan's production in its different periods.and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Thus the author reaches the research conclusion of this paper and gives suggestions.My research conclusion is as following:1. The goal of developing longan's production hasn't been set up by Guigang's municipal party committee and municipal governmental is just for fulfilling a task when carrying out the specific enforcement in varied counties and districts. Therefore in the specific course of implementing,the support of personnel and property can not completely be put into effect,which is the most major factor of restricting longan's development.2. In the period of developing longan's planting,the input of the government is a main factor of restricting orchard peasants' planting of longan.3. In the period of longan's producing,the input and management of the orchard peasants'as well as the proper input of the government are the main factors of restricting the orchard peasants to put into production on time.4. In the period of longan's putting into production,price is a main factor of restricting the increase of the orchard peasants'income.Basing on the above research conclusion,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to accelerate longan's development in Guigang city.
