The features of the transnational enterprise culture are opening, tolerant and worldwide. The core factors of the transnational enterprise culture are respecting humanity, seeking subsistence and development, and taking social responsibility. The transnational enterprise management setup belongs to the transnational enterprise management system, is a very important subsystem of the transnational enterprise management system. The technique platform structured from modern science and technology is a key part of the transnational enterprise management system. The execution and implementation in the daily operation of transnational enterprise is the action part of the transnational enterprise management system. The executing and implementing abilities of the transnational enterprise management system have two sides.
