Study On Industrial Structure And Land-Use Structure Optimization--A Case Of Nanjing

Industrial structure optimization is the new developing way that is proposed under the latest condition for our country. The changing of industrial structure must bring the changing of land-use structure. It has realistic significance to research the optimization of industrial structure and urban land-use structure On the basic of summarizing of preceding researchers' fruits, this paper comprehensively analyses the relation between urban industrial structure and land-use structure and studies how new pattern industrialization influences on urban land-use structure. In the empirical research, it takes Nanjing city for example. This paper has six chapters together.The first chapter is the introduction. It gives an introduction of this research's objective and blue print. It illuminates the meaning and purpose of the research and summarizes the research status quo at home and abroad.In the second chapter the basic concepts and theories are put forward. It defines the concept, connotation, standard and appraising index of urban land-use structure optimization, industrial structure optimization. The basic theories of this paper are also reviewed in this chapter, for example: location theory and agglomeration theory.The third chapter discusses the relation between urban industrial structure and land-use structure. Firstly, it analyses the changes of urban land-use structure and the relation between urban industrial structure and land-use structure in different development phases. Then the author testifies the relation through econometric model and explores how to allocate land resources to satisfy the requirement of the optimization of industrial structure. The experiences, at home and abroad, show that the combination of urban industrial structure optimization and urban land-use optimization will promote the city's development.The fourth chapter reviews the influence of new pattern industrialization on urban land-use structure. It introduces the concept and connotation of new patternindustrialization firstly. Then the effect of new pattern industrialization on urban land-use structure is reviewed. Finally, it discusses the developing trend of urban land use structure.The fifth chapter is the positive research on optimization of urban land-use structure of Nanjing. Firstly, it introduces the general situation, the industrial developing status quo and the general way to new pattern industrialization of Nanjing. Secondly, the formation and the evolvement of urban land-use structure, status quo and problem of urban land-use structure, the relation between urban industrial structure and land-use structure are analyzed in Nanjing. Finally, it makes suggestions about the combination of urban industrial structure optimization and urban land-use optimization.This chapter is the epilogue. It shows the important conclusion of this research. It also exposes some shortcomings in the whole research and proposes some advices for the continuous studies.
