Improving Operation Quality Of Agricultural Information Network: A Case Study Of Jiangsu Province

This paper is to study how to improve operation quality of agricultural information network from two aspects-agricultural websites and main users of agricultural information network, based on network economics and information economics, and cased on development of agricultural information network in Jiangsu Province.Author first analyzes the character of agricultural information network, and points out particularity of the object of study. Subsequently current development situation of agricultural information network in overseas and china is analyzed. This paper is to study development situation of Chinese agricultural websites through method of network spot check, to sum up several models of operation of agricultural information network, such as "an website -an sponsor", "many websites-an sponsor" ,"an website-many sponsors", and spread out the fit cases. On the basis of learning macro theories and development situation, this paper is to analyze the development situation of agricultural information network in Jiangsu Province , design seven indexes , including website character and scale/ law consciousness of website sponsor/inner management of website/ internationalization degree/ service consciousness of website/ spread of website/information content of website, through network survey to analyze the operation situation of Jiangsu Province agricultural information websites, and study connection of website scale and law consciousness of website sponsor website scale and website update by One-way ANOVA. And A survey of 225 fanners was conducted in order to learn usage situation and usage inclination of agricultural information network in Jiangsu rural and analyze whether or not all sorts of characters of farmers and family influence learning and usage inclination of agricultural information network by Independent-samples T test,One-way ANOVA and Binary Logistic Model. Based on data analysis, development strategy about Jiangsu agricultural information network is put forward, and development trendency of agricultural information websites is brought forward. Subsequently this paper put up the method of how to improve the quality of Jiangsu agricultural information websites. At the same time, this paper is to study the main handicap factors of extending of agricultural information network and to summarize the models of how to solve the "Last an Kilometre" problem of agricultural information network and put up the method about how to improve the extending of agricultural information network.
