The Conflict And Its Adjustment Of The Village Organization In Ideology In The New Days

With the conducting and developing of villagers atonomy, some important law such as the Constitution and the Village Committee and the leadership of the town government. The affirmation and keeping of the ideology is undoubtly basied prerequisite and guarantee to village's execution in autonomy. But the town government and villege committee have irregular conflicts in many aspects. For example, the town government likes to interfere election, personal planning, fanance and discition-made, even controls villege committee, they cater to the town government ignoring the villager's benefits; Instead of obeying the order of towm committee, they try to get away from it. The serious situation influence both sides. This paper, based on investigation, focuse on the reason for the conflict in ideology and fings some solution to the problem: improving achievement evaluation system, regulating the performance of town government, clarifying their duty respectively, improving the quality of cadres and villagers, perfecting relevant laws, advocating villege autonomy, and so on.
